Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. We do not charge a call-out fee anywhere we work. You pay for the work carried out, and for installation jobs we provide a free written quote after seeing what is involved.

How quickly can you attend a plumbing emergency?

For urgent problems such as a burst pipe or a major leak we prioritise the visit and can often attend the same day across Bushey, Watford and the surrounding areas. Call us and we will tell you honestly how soon we can get to you.

What should I do if a pipe bursts?
